Year 3 - work packs and virtual learning

Please click the below links to see packs and resources that have been put together by your child's teacher for each year group. You will also find bespoke reading and languages activities at the bottom of this page. Meanwhile, head over to the Maths page to see an exciting Sumdog competition that Mr Robinson has challenged the pupils to enter!

We would like to reassure parents that at this time, there is no expectation that any school work has to be done in any specific time period. The country is in a time of crisis and we need to be addressing that. Please click here to read a letter from Mr Lewin which goes into this in greater detail. We are looking to provide pupils and parents with resources to utilise if they choose to. Under the "Virtual Learning" tab below, you will find video lessons from your child's teachers, with bespoke English, maths, and wider curriculum activities. In the meantime, please read this latest letter from Mr Lewin explaining how we aim to deliver this content.

Year 3 Virtual Learning

We have uploaded e-learning resources in two ways:

  • Using Microsoft PowerPoint, which includes embedded video and audio.
  • As an MP4 video, with an additional Microsoft Word document containing external links where needed.

Additional worksheets and documents will then also be uploaded alongside this. Please contact the school office if you are having any difficulty accessing any of these resources. We have done our best to ensure these documents are as compatible as possible, though we do advise accessing this page on a laptop or desktop PC if possible for best compatibility. Please remember to upload photographs/videos of your child's work to their portfolio on Class Dojo, and feel free to share it with the school's Twitter feed (@IbstockJS). If you are having difficulty accessing Class Dojo, please follow the steps in this walk-through guide
