Each year the Governing Body and school leaders agree the long term vision for the school and record this in a Strategic Vision which can be found via the link below. School leaders then write a School Improvement Plan which breaks these longer term aims down into objectives on a 12 to 18 month basis. The Governing Body then monitors the delivery of this plan to ensure that the school is on track to achieve its strategic vision.
